The Blueprint
Fifteen chapters in five parts, moving from diagnosis to delivery. The book reads as one continuous story — and its timeline belongs to no government.
The journey
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| I — The Foundation | The Cameroonian Paradox diagnosed; the CREATE–OWN–GROW wealth engines; decentralisation as the vehicle. |
| II — The Pillars | Energy, human capital, infrastructure, the pathway to peace, and the architecture of reconciliation. |
| III — Proof of Concept | Kupe-Muanenguba as the laboratory where every pillar works together. |
| IV — Integration | Industrial policy from the grassroots up, technology as the equaliser, and sovereign financing without debt slavery. |
| V — The Decade of Delivery | The phased plan, the adaptive T+N timeline, and the scorecard that measures what matters. |
Reading the timeline: T+N
The blueprint pegs nothing to a calendar year. T is the Trigger Year — declared when any two of five verifiable conditions are met, from genuine Special Status legislation to ring-fenced sovereign financing. Every milestone is then T+N: the energy rollout completes by T+2, the federal transition by T+8, the Generational Promise falls due at T+10. If T comes in 2028, T+3 means 2031. A blueprint pegged to dates ages; a blueprint pegged to conditions waits, ready.
The dual anchor
Outcomes are anchored twice over. The rolling anchor is the Generational Promise — what a child born in the Trigger Year will see by their tenth birthday. The fixed anchor is 2060, the opening of the nation's centenary years: one hundred years from independence in 1960 and from reunification in 1961. Whichever decade the delivery occupies, the destination stands.
